- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to
create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.

-I create my beautiful jewellery with the least impact possible on our
beautiful planet

- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled,
Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.

- I create every piece by hand, using mainly hand tools, natural light
whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.

- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages,
further reducing my carbon footprint.

- I also use some imported materials, but I purchase most of them from local
Canadian business and I do my best to purchase more ethically made, sustainable materials.

- I strive to run a sustainable, ethical business.

Solid Brass

-Brass is gold color metal.

-Warm Brass is not as yellow, it has a little warmer pinker color

-Most of my Brass has a clear protective coating, but, some of my Brass jewellery is made with bare uncoated, vintage or antiqued Brass, so please read the full description.

-Some pieces are made with stones, glass or other materials, so please read
the complete details in the full description.

-Brass is a gorgeous metal and it’s easy to care for and clean.

-Do not wear Brass jewellery when swimming or bathing.

-Do not apply perfume, hairspray, creams or cosmetics while wearing brass jewellery because the metal can tarnish causing it to turn a darker color so always wait until you skin is dry before wearing.

-Most of my Brass wire jewellery has a clear coating that stays shinny a long
time. Just wipe it with a soft, clean cloth to keep it clean.

-If the clear coating on Brass wear off over many years, you can polish it up with a jewellery polishing cloth.

-Some pieces are made with antiqued Brass, most of these pieces have been oxidized (aged) to create a darker antique/vintage look.

-If you polish the oxidized bare copper, you will remove the dark patina.

-Bare copper (without a coating) can easily be cleaned with a jewellery polishing cloth or other eco friendly methods.
