-Shipping costs in Canada are extreemly expensive. I am offering you the best shipping options and prices currently available to me. Sometimes I can offer a discount and if I get a discount after you purchase your order, I will refund the extra shipping charges. 

-Shipping & handling charges may vary if you have an extremely heavy order.

-Some less expensive items ($40 or less) like limited editions, non-personalized items will be shipped without a tracking number, but you can upgrade your shipping service by purchasing an upgrade (an extra cost) or get an automatic upgrade to tracked shipping when you purchase a second item. (You can add more items at no extra cost).

-All custom orders and customized items must be shipped with a tracking number.

-All prices in Canadian Dollars (Please contact me if you need the current US prices as the exchange rate changes daily.

PROCESSING TIMES:

-Most orders are ready to ship in 1-3 days depending on whether the item is ready to ship or if need to create it. The order may take longer depending on the amount of labor involved in creating each piece or specialty packaging.

-This is my small business, so I create, inspect, and package every piece of jewellery myself to ensure the highest quality possible.

-Please feel free to contact me to ask for current processing times and let me know if you need a rush order.

-INTERNATIONAL: I am currently only shipping to USA and Canada. This may change in the future.
