Refund policy
Anything’s Possible Jewellery is my small business, a dream come true, and I have been selling and creating custom jewellery online for many years, since I built my first website back in 2009. I have also been selling my jewellery at Galleries, Shops and Fine Art Shows!
I make all my jewellery & accessories by hand using mainly hand tools and many upcycled, repurposed, natural, handmade, vintage, post consumer and some found materials like beach glass, so there may be imperfections or differences in shapes, sizes, colors, textures, or finish, etc., those little imperfections add charm to my creations.
-I give the most detailed descriptions possible and I take great care to photograph each item carefully to give you the most accurate pictures possible, but displays vary, so it is best to view my photo’s on at least two different screens to get a better idea of colors.
Please contact me if you need more photo’s, for example a different angle, a close up, etc.
-I want you to be happy with your purchase's, so, I go out of my way to carefully inspect and package all my creations to ensure you receive them in perfect condition, but, if your item arrives damaged or if it is gets lost during delivery, I will replace it if possible, but, if I can not duplicate it (for example a one of a kind piece), I will refund your money.
-Most of my creations are one of a kind or customized pieces so I do not offer refunds or exchanges, but if there is a defect in construction you may return it to be repaired or replaced within 14 days of purchase. You will need to contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss return procedures.
If I can not repair it or make a replacement, then you can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value (You will be responsible for all shipping costs).
The item must be returned to me clean and unworn and if I determine that the item has been damaged due stress or abuse, I can not exchange it or refund your money.
Please package the items in the original shipping materials to ensure their safe return.
You must contact me before you return your purchase, if you are sending an item back to me to be returned or repaired, please make sure you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance because I cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen items. It is your responsibility to make sure the item gets to me.

Additional Information:
-If you live in the State of California US, I can not ship some items created with certain Upcycled, Repurposed Vintage or Post consumer materials, as well as some plated metals, etc due to your local laws or restrictions.
-Crystal does contain lead and can be harmful to children, it should never be worn by children or given to children to play with. You must keep crystal jewellery away from children, so store it in a safe place.
-If you have allergies you must be careful choosing the right piece of jewellery for you. I do not recommend you wearing my jewellery created with re purposed, post consumer, vintage or recycled metals because I don’t know their exact contents, they may contain things you’re allergic to. They could contain nickel, lead or other alloys that you could be allergic to, even 925 Sterling silver is 92.5% silver, I don’t know what the alloys are. If you have metal allergies do not wear my metal jewellery
-I do not take responsibility for any skin irritations due to wearing or use of any of my handmade jewellery or accessories.
