I make the lovely Butterflies with solid 925 Sterling Silver and Gemstones. I create the butteries with heavy gauge Sterling Silver wire, formed free hand to create a delightful open work butterfly design that dangles below the wire wrapped Birthstones of your choice (5mm to 6mm round).
The earrings in the photo are made with 6mm round genuine Aquamarine stones.
The earrings are displayed on my handmade, hand hammered french style earring wires, but you can order French style earring hooks (also called Fish hooks / Sheppard hooks) or Lever Back earring hooks.
These earrings are light and comfortable, perfect for every day and they make wonderful, personalized gifts.
Butterflies are incredible, not only are they beautiful, ethereal creatures, but they symbolize transformation & hope, and they also have special spiritual meaning for me.

- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.
- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled, Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.
- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.
- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
