Long Vintage Inspired, Pink heart earrings with birds (sparrows) made with a combination of antique style soft rose pink Czech glass, two large Czech pressed glass Pink Hearts (16mm long) with gold detail, two round disk shaped bird beads (11mm) and two pale rose pink melon shaped beads (5mm) with gold lining the creases in the design.
I created French style (fish hook) earring wires made with warm gold color solid brass. The brass wire has a clear tarnish resistant coating.
You can order 14k Gold Filled French style earring wires.
The birds look like Sparrows, making me think of the parable in the bible that tells us that God loves us:
“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. 30 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:26-33 (NIV)
You can choose to include the lovely card I made with the Bible scripture and my own artwork, or you can order without the card.

- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.
- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled, Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.
- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.
- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
