Long Heart Turquoise Howlite Earrings made with 925 Sterling Silver and Upcycled almost vintage faceted Turquoise Howlite drop shape stones (dyed).
I hand forged a pair of large hearts (3.1cm x 2.1cm) with heavy gauge wire, hammed for strength and dangled a gorgeous drop shaped faceted Turquoise Howlite stones, wrapped into briolette’s (18mm long x 8mm at widest point) with Sterling Silver wire.
The large hearts are attached to sparkly faceted Sterling Silver beads (3mm), wire wrapped to the Earring wires.
The earrings are photographed on French style earring hooks, but you can choose your favorite style: French Hooks (also called Sheppard Hooks), Posts or extra secure Lever Back style.

MEASUREMENTS: Earring measure (5.3cm) 2 1/16” long from the base of the earring wires and they measure (3.1cm) 1 3/16” wide.

- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.
- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled, Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.
- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.
- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
