Sparkly, Long, Elegant and Eco-Friendlier Sterling Silver Crystal Dangle earrings made with Upcycled / Repurposed Vintage Sterling Silver chain and Vintage clear AB (aurora borealis) crystal.
Each earring has two long strands of chain, two different lengths, restored to a very shiny flat finished link that reflects the light, it looks amazing combined with the sparkly vintage clear AB crystal.
The two faceted, round crystal beads sparkle like diamonds, the smaller 6mm bead dangles above the 8mm crystal. These brilliant Vintage Austrian Crystals (1950-1960) have some slight wear, but that adds to their charm.
The earrings are displayed on french style earring hooks, but you can order your favorite earring style: French Hooks (also called Fish Hook or Sheppard Hook), Hand Forged French style earring hooks, Lever Back style or Posts.
Transformation is a major theme and inspiration in my work. I love to create Eco Friendlier jewellery by Upcycling and Re-purposing old Silver, Copper, Brass, old broken Vintage Jewellery, Vintage Gemstones, Pearls, Glass, Crystal, as well as found objects like Beach Glass, shells, and stones, etc. It brings me peace to work with more Ethical, Sustainable materials and immense joy to transform them into new creations, heirloom jewellery to be worn and loved for many years.

- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.
- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled, Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.
- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.
- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
