These romantic Edwardian inspired genuine Pearl Earrings are made are made with solid Sterling Silver and two perfectly matched off white color Vintage Cultured Pearls (7mm round). The Edwardian style design is an openwork, flower petal design with the pearls dangling below.
The filigree flower petal or Leaf like design is lovely. I love the vision of a pearl falling from a leaf or flower, like a water droplet after the rain.
The Genuine Cultured Pearls are an off-white color, not white, white, but they will go with pearls that are more off white and cream.
These genuine Cultured Pearls came from a 1950’s necklace. I love to re-use or upcycled Vintage gemstones and pearls, it brings peace to my work.
The earrings are displayed on decorative Lever Back earring hooks, but you can choose your favourite style: French Hooks (also called Sheppard Hooks), Posts or extra secure Lever Back style.
If you want to wear shorter earrings, closer to the ear, then you should choose the posts.
Pearls are luxurious, they look and feel wonderful, they are satiny smooth and comfortable to wear. Pearls look better the more you wear them because they absorb the natural oils from your skin, preserving them and enriching their luster.
Pearls are full of symbolism, they represent transformation, hope, royalty and wealth. I love incorporating Pearls into Bridal Jewellery because a wedding is a wonderful transformation into a new life, the joining of two souls eternally.

- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.
- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled, Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.
- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.
- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
