Deluxe Personalized Footprints Aqua Blue Beach Glass Infinity Initial Ankle Bracelet-Anklet

     A gorgeous, Personalized, one of a kind, Anklet /Ankle Bracelet made with Sterling Silver and Eco Friendly Aqua Blue Beach Glass (freshwater Sea Glass from Lake Ontario), A Sterling Silver Footprints pendant, hand stamped Initial pendant and a hand forged Celtic Inspired Eternity Coil pendant dangling on the end of the anklet.

  The lively aqua blue Beach Glass wire wrapped pendant dangles from a fancy Figaro style chain. The wire wrapped pendant measure (12mm x 14mm) long, it dangles with a gorgeous, Footprints (16mm long pendant) and a round disk shaped, hand stamped Initial pendant (8mm round) and a Celtic Inspired Eternity Coil pendant (9mm long) that dangles on the end of the anklet. 

    The pendants dangle on an Italian Flat Figaro style chain, the chain is decorative and quite strong.

    The anklet is securely finished with wire wrapped beaded loops and an extension chain is added to make it and adjustable ankle bracelet, or you can order it without an extension chain. The anklet fastens with an easy to use lobster claw clasp.

       I found this precious piece of Aqua Blue beach glass while walking by the lake (Lake Ontario) near my home in Port Credit.

      I wrapped the rare aquamarine color blue glass with a single piece of Sterling Silver wire to create a playful little pendant. The single piece of wire represents the movement of water, never ending waves around the glass.

     I feel a sense of peace when I can repurpose and old discarded piece of broken glass that has been beautifully transformed by nature into a satiny smooth treasure.

      I used the glass just as I found it on the beach. I did not drill or alter it anyway. The glass was naturally polished in the lake, tossed back and forward in the waves. 

     Beach Glass is also called Sea glass, but Sea Glass comes from the ocean or sea and Beach Glass comes from freshwater bodies of water, like this glass from Lake Ontario.

    The glass forms a smooth satin finish after being tossed around in the water, hitting the rocks for many years. The process takes much longer in the lake compared to the huge ocean waves therefore it can take 50 years or more to form a full satin finish. Beach glass is an Eco Friendly, Sustainable Alternative to Gemstones.

     Beach Glass and Sea Glass represent transformation and renewal.
