Deluxe Personalized Beach Glass, Seahorse, Initial Ankle Bracelet, Anklet

       A gorgeous, Personalized, one of a kind, Anklet made with Sterling Silver and Eco Friendly Aqua Blue Beach Glass (freshwater Sea Glass from Lake Ontario). The Sterling Silver wire wrapped beach glass pendant dangles with a gorgeous Dolphin pendant and a hand stamped Initial pendant, all dangling from the sparkly flat cable link chain (made in Italy) and a hand forged Celtic Eternity Coil pendant dangles on the end of the Ankle Bracelet.

  The anklet is securely finished with wire wrapped beaded loops. The Italian Flat Cable link style chain (3.2 mm) sparkles as light reflects off the shinny flat polished surfaces and the links are large enough for the lobster claw clasp to fasten anywhere along the chain making this an adjustable anklet. This chain is beautiful and quite strong, so this anklet is made to last.      

  The wire wrapped pendant measure (15mm long), it dangles with a gorgeous, three-dimensional Seahorse pendant (17mm long) and a round disk shaped, Hand Stamped Initial pendant (8mm round) and a Celtic Inspired Eternity Coil pendant (9mm long) that dangles on the end of the anklet. 

 If you are buying this anklet as a gift and you are not sure of the size, the adjustable anklet is perfect. Please order the anklet 1” longer if you want it to be adjustable.  

   I found this precious piece of Aqua Blue beach glass while walking by the lake (Lake Ontario) near my home in Port Credit.

     I wrapped the rare aquamarine color blue glass with a single piece of Sterling Silver wire to create a playful little pendant. The single piece of wire represents the movement of water, never ending waves around the glass.

     I feel a sense of peace when I can repurpose and old discarded piece of broken glass that has been beautifully transformed by nature into a satiny smooth treasure.

      I used the glass just as I found it on the beach. I did not drill or alter it anyway. The glass was naturally polished in the lake, tossed back and forward in the waves. 

     Beach Glass is also called Sea glass, but Sea Glass comes from the ocean or sea and Beach Glass comes from freshwater bodies of water, like this glass from Lake Ontario.

    The glass forms a smooth satin finish after being tossed around in the water, hitting the rocks for many years. The process takes much longer in the lake compared to the huge ocean waves therefore it can take 50 years or more to form a full satin finish. Beach glass is an Eco Friendly, Sustainable Alternative to Gemstones.

     Beach Glass and Sea Glass represent transformation and renewal.
