      Long handmade Sterling Silver Dragonfly Wing earrings with vibrant Aqua Blue Banded Agate stones (6mm) set in a hand forged and hammered wing designs that reflects light beautifully, I created Celtic Eternity Coils on ether side of the Agates, the design is stunning, earthy and elegant. 

   Each earring is one Dragonfly wing with the Agate inside. 

   I was inspired by the fascinating majestic dragonflies that fly all around the wildflowers along the lake where I walk. 

   The deep Aqua blue Banded Agates are a vibrant aqua color, faceted and slightly translucent.

     These gorgeous earrings dangle on French style earring wires (also called Sheppard hooks), they are lightweight and comfortable, perfect for everyday.

     Dragonflies symbolize transformation and hope because they spend most of their life under water as nymph’s before they mature and emerge to the surface and transform into beautiful Dragonflies. They are loved by many, and they hold special meanings to each person.

     If we have hope, we can embrace the changes in life that help us to grow and transform into stronger, happier people.

     Many Christians use Dragonflies to represent Transformation:  "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)

- I am an Eco Conscious artist, I love nature, so I go out of my way to create my jewellery with the most Earth Friendly methods of construction possible.

- Many pieces are created with Eco Friendly, Sustainable, Upcycled, Repurposed, Pre-loved Vintage Gemstones, broken jewellery materials, and found items like local beach glass.

- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.

- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
