Long Art Deco Peacock Pearl Earrings

 Long Elegant, Vintage inspired Peacock Pearl Dangle Earrings made Upcycled / Repurposed Antique Sterling Silver and new with High Quality Freshwater Cultured Pearls (9mm), they are called Peacock Pearls because of the gorgeous blue and purple hues that radiate from the smooth, shiny luster.

    The decorative Antique Sterling Silver components are stunning, they came from an antique necklace, most likely a Victorian long ladies watch chain. These earrings look like they could be Victorian, but also Art Deco style earring because this silver work design was popular in earrings during the Art Deco Era.

     Each pearl is different, so they are fascinating to look at. They are also called Grey/Gray Pearls, they darker ones are called Black Pearls or Tahitian Grey color, the lighter ones are called Silver Pearls, but the Peacock Pearls have the sought after colorful blue and purple hues and sometimes green or pink.

     The earrings dangle on Leaver Back earrings hooks, but you can order your favorite earring Wire Styles: French Hooks (also called Fish Hook or Sheppard Hook, Hand Forged French style earring hooks, Leaver Back style or Posts.

        Transformation is a major theme and inspiration in my work. I love to create Sustainable, Ethical jewellery, accessories & art by Upcycling / Re-purposing old Vintage Gemstones, Glass, Crystal, Silver, Metals, beads, broken Vintage jewellery , found items like beach glass and more. It brings me peace to work with these Eco Friendlier materials and great joy to transform them into new creations to be loved again.
