   Twelve sparkly gemstone color beads, accented with gold plated filigree metal represent the twelve gemstones from the Breast Plate of the High Priest also called the Breastplate of Aaron from the Book of Exodus the Bible (Exodus 28:17)

     God told Moses to make a breast plate set with twelve stones, three rows of four, set in gold, for his brother Aaron to use as the high Priest. Each stone was engraved with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.

Exodus 28:17-20
17 And thou shalt set in it settings of stones, even four rows of stones;  the first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle; this shall be the first row.
18 And the second row shall be an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
19 And the third row a ligure, and agate, and an amethyst.
20 and the fourth row a beryl, and a onyx, and a jasper; they shall be set in gold in their inclosings.
