Art Deco Inspired Carnelian Earrings

  I created these One of a Kind, Vintage Inspired Carnelian Earrings with solid Sterling Silver, Rare Vintage Carnelian color (stone or glass) components (13mm x 8mm) that match perfectly the color of the large, faceted Carnelian drop shape stones (13mm x 13mm).

  I created this amazing pair of earrings with two rare pieces of swirling Pink Art Glass, the glass reminds me of Pink Opals, the mixture of Translucent Pink and translucent milky white form a wonderful mixture of color that have a rich opal look.

    I accented each end of the swirling Art glass with drop shaped pink Freshwater Cultured Pearls, I then created dangles with two flattened drop shaped Vintage Rose Quartz stones. The earring are securely wire wrapped with solid Sterling Silver.

    The Vintage Art Glass (20mm x 14mm) are both different because they are handmade, each is unique. The drop shaped pink Pearls (6mm) are a deeper Rose Pink color and the vintage Drop shape Rose Quartz (14mm long) look like they have been dyed.

     These earrings dangle on french (fish hook) style earring wires, but, you can also order leaver back earring hooks or posts.

   Transformation is a major theme and inspiration in my work. I love to create Sustainable, Ethical jewellery by Upcycling / Re-purposing old Vintage Gemstones, Glass, Silver, Metals, beads, broken Vintage jewellery and more. It brings me peace to work with these Eco Friendlier materials and great joy to transform them into new creations, heirloom jewellery to be worn and loved for many years.

  These Earrings are perfect for someone who loves pink, someone who loves long earrings, one of a kind jewellery, someone who is Eco Conscious.

  Pink is the traditional October Birthstone color and Opal is the traditional October Birthstones, Rose Quartz is an alternative October Birthstone, so these earring would be a wonderful Birthday gift.
