This is a stunning One of a Kind” Necklace and Earrings Set made with genuine Vintage clear AB Crystal bead (8mm), (they are most likely 1950’s Austrian crystal), Vintage 1960’s Faux Pearls (12mm) and brilliant Vintage 1950’’s Clear Aurora Borealis crystal beads (8mm) and the focal point is a large decorative Butterfly Toggle clasp (2.8cm wide) (1 1/16” wide) and all white gold finished metal wire and earring hooks.
The sparkly crystal and rich off-white pearls is just gorgeous! The Butterfly toggle clasp can be the focal point of the necklace, you can wear it on the front or the back. If you want a classic look, but you are wearing your hair short or up, you will be able to show off this incredible butterfly at the back of your neck.
I love incorporating Butterflies in Bridal Jewellery because Butterflies are very special, they symbolize not only beauty, but, transformation and a wedding is a wonderful transformation to a new life, the joining of two souls for life.
This necklace will be worn closer to the neck, it measures 17”, but, because of the large pearls, it will fit more like 16” and you need room to work the toggle clasp.
I can adjust it by adding some rings or crystal beads or even shortening it (please contact me first before ordering so I can make sure I can resize it to the length you need).
This necklace will look amazing with a little black dress, or as a Bridal Necklace. The pearls are not a true white, they are an off white, not cream, but, warmer, perfect with an off white or antique white wedding dress.
Transformation is a major theme and inspiration in my work. I love to create Eco Friendlier jewellery with Sustainable materials like Upcycled, Repurposed old broken Vintage Jewellery, Vintage Gemstones, Pearls, Glass, Crystal, Silver, Copper, Brass as well as found objects like Beach Glass, shells, and pebbles, etc. I feel peace, joy and a profound sense of satisfaction transforming these old materials into new creations, to be worn, loved, and enjoyed for many, many years.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings measure (3.2cm) 1 5/16“from the base of the earring hook.
The necklace measures 17” total length with toggle clasp, but it will fit much smaller because the pearls are large, and you need room to use the toggle clasp.
