Personalized Dragonfly Wing Birthstone earrings, handmade with 925 Sterling Silver, personalized with Birthstones.
These earrings are long and elegant with an Art Deco inspired design.
Each round stone is highly polished (5mm-6mm), wire wrapped and accented with fancy Sterling Silver beads.
The Gemstone is then wire wrapped to the Dragonfly wing so that it swings freely as you move.
I hand shaped and hammered my Dragonfly Wings to create a wonderful, organic texture.
The photo shows the earing with French earring hooks, but you can order your favorite earring Wire Styles: French Hooks (also called Fish Hook & Sheppard Hook) or Leaver Back style.
The main photo shows the earrings made with Amazonite. I use Amazonite can be used as an alternative March Birthstone.
Dragonflies are beautiful, ethereal creatures that shimmer with luminous colors, blues, greens, purples, reds, etc. They look amazing as they hover, and dance though the air.
Dragonflies symbolize transformation because they spend most of their life under water as nymph’s before they mature and emerge to the surface to transform into a beautiful Dragonfly. Dragonflies are loved by many, and they hold special meanings to each person.

- I create every piece by hand,
using mainly hand tools, natural light whenever possible and non toxic polishes and glues, etc with rare exceptions. I use many things from my kitchen to clean, polish and oxidize my jewellery.
- I use Eco Friendly, Sustainable packaging and shipping materials and we usually walk to the post office or take public transit to ship packages, further reducing my carbon footprint.
